Sri Lanka has welcomed 212,906 visitors as at end of November 2025, pushing the country’s total tourist arrivals to 2,103,593 for the year. This milestone places Sri Lanka ahead of its total arrivals for 2024, signalling a strong and sustained recovery in the tourism sector.
India remains the top source market, contributing 463,474 arrivals so far in 2025, reaffirming its position as Sri Lanka’s largest inbound tourism market.
